“Ward's Discount Carpet has some great carpet and a lot of choices. Bob was really friendly and we felt like he was honest and not pushy like a lot of the other sales men we had worked with at other companies. They had good deals on their seconds which were still in great shape so it is a great place to find a bargain carpet. BUT..... after we had decided we wanted to go with them for our carpet I could not get anyone to call me back or answer questions for me on an install I wanted to set up. After calling 5 times to talk to Bob, who had scheduled an appointment the day before, and after leaving 3 messages to have him call me back I finally reached him. When I talked to him he wasn't willing to talk about the install and just said he had heard I found carpet cheaper somewhere else and wasn't willing to match it. (Which my Husband and I had already decided if they wouldn't we would still go with Ward's because we liked them better then the other company we had found it cheaper at and they could install it sooner.) However, after Bob didn't return my phone calls and then with him being rude when I tried to find out if they would match the lower price and schedule the install, we decided that the customer service we had based our decision on wasn't as good as we thought. I still like the company but I wouldn't work with Bob again since he wouldn't return my calls and even when I went to place my order previously he kept telling me how there were a bunch of people he needed to call back but he didn't want to. Basically he shot himself in the foot by not returning my phone call.”

“6/3/2014 I had Ward's install carpet in my newly finished basement, the installers were very efficient and polite. I will always recommend this company to others. I had carpet installed previously by another company less than a year ago in my upstairs and was so disappointed (they banged up the baseboard and walls) the work was just horrible. Ward's is a great family owned business, I am very happy with the carpet I chose and the installers they sent out to install it. Ward's will get many referrals from me in the future.”
