“HONEST. Gave me a great product at a great quote. There was an issue with ordering. They took full responsibility. The thing I worry the most about in dealing with a contractor is being taken advantage of, or of them creating additional expenses or problems after I signed the contract. That did not happen here. I was almost shocked at how Honest they were. Great service, and plan to buy more carpet from them soon. And they take great care of Veterans like myself. COL USA (ret)”

“Got several recommendations to try Ward's from friends. Came by on a Tuesday to grab samples, and that evening I was called to schedule an estimate for Wed morning. Bob came and did measurements and told me I would get my estimate in email that evening, but it never came. No big deal, I called the next day and learned my email address had bad been lost, but they sent it to me within 2 minutes of giving it to them. I can't remember the man's name I spoke with but he was very friendly. To schedule installation I just called them and told them which areas I wanted and put half down by giving credit card over the phone. I was scheduled for 1 week out. Carlos and his crew came to install and they were on time and very friendly. I was very happy with the job they did. Will definitely do business again.”

“This place is amazing! I went in and told the guy my budget and he worked with me and helped me find all of my options. I was able to get carpet for my whole apartment and stay well within my budget. 10/10 recommend!”

“I love Ward's carpet. this is honestly the best place to go for carpet. The sales people are extremely friendly and nice, and typically try to do what's best for you and your situation. They have hundreds of varieties of carpet, and different qualities. They'll be straight up with you, and give you a really accurate quote. We dealt with the salesperson Steven. Probably the best salesperson I've ever been around. Doesn't push anything on you, and makes you feel good about your decision. The installer Kevin is by far the best in the business. Takes extra care, and does an extremely good job. I would recommend this to anybody.”

“Our basement flooded last summer and we had to replace all the carpet - Wards did a great job and made my wife happy with the new carpet. Also, today I needed a small piece of carpet and pad for a sound booth we were building at my studio. I was expecting to pay but they had a few scrap pieces that worked perfectly and just gave them to me. Thank You Wards!!!!”
