“I just want to thank Wards for going above and beyond with our floor install today. Long story short, there was a problem with our order and we were able to get another flooring picked out and installed in time. Our installer, Kirk Hoopes paid so much attention to the prep work. He did a great job and was very friendly!! Thank you for making it all work out for us.. we will be back as returning customers for sure!!”

“I would definitely recommend wards carpet to anyone. They are a local dealer with fantastic customer service and quality. We had a issue with one of our boards and they didn't hesitate to come out and fix it. I love it when a company will back up their work.
