“This was a great experience. Tucson Carpet Express came quickly to provide me with an estimate for a small job and provided the estimate on the spot. They explained the lead times on various carpets; I choose one in stock. We scheduled an appointment and they came the day scheduled. They ran a little bit late for the appointment but actually called me to let me know. The job was completed the same day and looks great. I could not be more satisfied. I especially appreciate their communication and professionalism.”
