“I have nothing but great things to say about Tucson Carpet Express. Mark installed my carpeting several years ago. This winter out of nowhere, unexplainably a wrinkle appeared. I called to ask if there was anything he could do to fix it. He told me he’d send Obe out to take care of it, he sent me Obe’s contact info in case I didn’t hear back quickly from Obe. Well Obe did call me back promptly. When I asked if I had to move the furniture out of the room he asked me to text him a picture of the wrinkle. He told me he’d call the next day to schedule a time to come out. Obe and 2 guys arrived earlier than I expected and could not have been more polite. They each introduced themselves to my husband and I. They were happy nice guys. They said oh we can move the furniture over if it’s in our way. They intended to go get their vacuum to suck up the little bit of carpet scraps. We told them no, no, we’ll take care of it. The house needed vacuuming anyway. The guys were out of here in less than 10 minutes. You’d never know there had been a problem at all. Mark called this morning to make sure the wrinkle was taken care of. So nice, great customer service.”
