“We had Tucson Carpet Express carpet our house about 2 years ago. It needed to be restretched. I called Mark Goldman, the owner to see if they could restretch it. I was willing to pay. Mark came right over to check it out. He brought his wife Kim with him He told us it was an employee problem and the employee was no longer with them. He said he would stretch it himself, then he knew it would be right. He said that he had time right now to get started. We said sure. He worked for a couple of hours and then my husband who had had a stroke, started to be bothered with people in the house. Mark and Kim took the que and left, saying that they would be back Tuesday at noon. They were back on Tuesday and finished the job. It is beautiful, like new. Then to top it off Mark called Personal Touch Carpet Care owner Bob Nanni and scheduled time to clean our carpet at Mark's expense. Bob did a spectacular job. I feel like we got a new carpet and at no cost to us. Mark also said that if we had any other problems to give him a call. Such great people. Thank you so much Mark, Kim and Bob.”

When I requested a larger sample for color comparison they had two sent to me within a week. I made my selection and the carpet was installed at my earliest convenience.
