“We are so happy with the bubbles in our front room carpet that you seem to think we just got up yesterday morning and they appeared. They have been here for months and the house is only a year old. Now you don't want to re-stretch the carpet to remove the bubbles. If a carpet stretcher was used in the first place, this would not happen. Happened to my neighbor too. It's time to re-evaluate the help and their installation procedures. As someone who did floor covering for 36 years, I find your decision to not take care of this disappointing. I even went back to jobs that were over 2 years old to take care of problems that should not have happened. Thank you for telling my wife you will have to charge us for a 20 minute re-stretch and trim.”
