“Fantastic crew at Trott’s. I needed carpet for a room at my mother’s house before I left town. Home Depot was a month out, found Trott’s, and gave them a call. Patti was very helpful and understood my situation. I went in and they had the perfect carpet, in stock, and at a great price. The showroom was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Patti called me later and told me she could work me in Thursday rather than Friday. Robert came out and was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He was very careful with the stuff he had to move and mindful of the house. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Oh, did I mention I have nearly 30 years in the flooring business selling and installing? Trust me when I say these folks are the real deal. 10 out of 5 stars.”

“We had flooring installed in our condo last year. After a short time two pieces of the flooring failed "broke" within a year. We contacted Bob at the office, and he sent a crew out to check the flooring. They said the flooring wasn't leveled properly and ended up taking up the flooring, leveling the floor and installed new flooring at no charge to us. Although we weren't happy we had to go through that process again, the new flooring has been great. Trott's stood behind their product and installation. Thanks Bob '”
