“Very satisfied. I worked entirely over the phone with Mr. Trotter to install carpet and linoleum in a basement and bath for a rental home I own on the lake in Greensboro. While I never saw the actual swatches in person, Mr. Trotter picked out perfect colors to blend with the existing carpet. I couldn't be more pleased with the company's professionalism, enthusiasm and more importantly their passion for pleasing the customer.”
