He always made himself available to answer any questions; I was able to choose my carpet online, and we conducted every aspect of our business over the phone. Carpet was ordered on a Monday and installed the following week. The installers worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves very well (seemingly a lost art with contractors nowadays). Overall, I am extremely pleased with my carpet installation. Mr. Trotter made me feel like I was his only customer; I'm so glad I went with Trotter Brothers and I highly recommend their services.”

While I never saw the actual swatches in person, Mr. Trotter picked out perfect colors to blend with the existing carpet.
