“Everything went very well, from visiting the showroom and getting help picking out the product to scheduling the install to having your crew show up (early by the way - when does that ever happen?) and do a great job finishing the project. “I really don't even know where to start!! We ordered our carpet and flooring from Hunter. He called us and set up the appointment for the 4th & 5th of April. The "crew" arrived on the 4th and they were totally awesome!!! Andy, Damien, Michael and Dayton were so professional! Each had a job and did it to PERFECTION!! Damien, Michael and Dayton may be young, but I have never seen in my 73 years of life anyone work harder, more professional and using the TEAM spirit. Damien was the carpet figuring person (the best way to lay, the correct seam placement, etc) and talk about a wonderful job! You can not see any seam at all! They moved heavy furniture around like it was toy trucks, swept and vacuum when they were finished. It was one well oiled machine working. Michael laid the wood planking in the kitchen and I watched as he used a triangle to measure exact cuts and they fit perfectly! Dayton was on hand to help with whatever needed to be done and did it without complaint! Andy cut and stained the transitions, floor molding and whatever else needed to be done! I can not say enough about this team of young PROFESSIONALS! Well, yes I can ~ They need a raise!! They need everything they can get as I have not seen "mature" men work as efficiently as they did! And the quality of the carpet and wood flooring is better than excellent! I recommend this company for all of your flooring needs (and we checked out several places before we went with Trotter Brothers Flooring! Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed! He came out right away to look at our carpet to see if it could be restretched and reinstalled after flooding in a bedroom. He determined it could be done and the pad replaced. Coming from a man who sells carpet, we really appreciated his evaluation. The two young men who came out to do the work were professional and careful in moving the furniture. Installers were here early, looked over the project space, asked questions pertinent to transitions, discussed care of floors, and furniture placement upon completion. They did an excellent job from helping me to select the flooring that complimented my tile flooring to installing the flooring.
