“I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and product from a local family-owned business. When I first came in to the store and explained what I was looking for Alonso was very patient and informative. He came out and gave me a quote of my condo that same day. Alonso was great at explaining the difference between the types of carpets and suggested the brand and color he thought would look best with my furniture. The price as very reasonable and he did not try to get me to buy anything extra. The day the carpet was installed, I left in the morning and came back to a plush, soft, beautiful carpet and all of my furniture in the same exact place I left it. I don't know how they were able to install everything within a few hours and move the furniture around within my small place.The only difficulty I had was that my TV cord was stuck behind the entertainment center. Alonso came over personally the next day to move the heavy entertainment center simply so that I could watch TV again.They also sent a thank you card and then a holiday greeting. I have not experienced such great service in a very long time.I highly recommend the Carpet Center if you need to change your carpets.”

“The Carpet Center is GREAT. We came here because of Yelp reviews, and because we wanted to support a local Campbell business. We needed to re-carpet our townhouse we just bought. Pat is fantastic here, he is low-key, has worked in the business for who knows how long. We were able to take a bunch of carpet samples home for an entire week, to make a decision.His prices were reasonable, and they did the whole job in a day. The carpet looks great and we have been very pleased.”

“Can't say enough about Nick! I went with The Carpet Center to remove the old disgusting carpet in my townhouse and replace it with hardwood flooring. This covered the living room, dining room, small kitchen, stairs, and hallway. I did get an estimate from a local, well known competitor and the rough estimates were fairly comparable, but I felt so much more at ease with Nick from the very first meeting. He was incredibly patient as I debated colors allowing me to keep samples without pressuring to speedily return them(as the other place had done)...did not pressure decision making or rush me.....and showed even more patience when I had to put the whole thing on hold due to unexpected kitchen renovations I faced. I ultimately selected a stained maple(Savannah by Mirage)...and LOVE IT! I feel like I am in a new house! The crew that came out to do the work was pleasant and flexible as well. Nick and crew just made the whole process much easier than I suspect it would have been had I gone with the other place. I am so grateful! My complex has just started a list of recommended vendors/contractors that people have used...and I immediately recommended Nick and The Carpet Center without hesitation! Thanks so much Nick! “We had just pulled old carpet up from the house we recently purchased, assuming that the hardwood floors underneath would be in decent shape but they were a mess. We were moving in the very next day so had no time to refinish the floors, and atually thought there would be no way to even get carpet laid that same day...but, we went over to the carpet center on Friday morning at 11am, and by 2:00 they had two installers at my house laying carpet! it was only one fairly small room, so were were able to choose a remnant, but still...we were in a bind and they helped us out and didn't charge us anything extra for a "rush job". They actually knocked down the price a little bit...highly recommend this business!”

“Nick is awesome!! There aren't too many businesses that actually follow-up with a phone call to make sure you're happy - Nick did this and more. He made getting our carpet easy and painless. From choosing the carpet, to coming out for the measuring and estimate, we had our carpet (soft, just like I asked for) in two weeks. The Carpet Center is now our go-to for carpet & flooring. They use great installers too - thank you to Michael, Danny and Oscar.”

“Need beautiful flooring installed professionally and at an affordable price? Tell Nick Budetti that Bill & Susahn sent you!This is not the first time we've posted a "Yelp" on The Carpet Center.Nick's crew do a fantastic job, they deserve another shout out! He has all the professionals for each flooring media:- We had wood-faux-finished linoleum installed upstairs - you'd never know it was linoleum. We did this application several years back, and it still looks like a new install to this day - no seam separations whatsoever.- A new carpet in our family room and stairwell helped remove the evidence of a well-loved, multi-animal home - with little strain on our part for furniture rearranging.- And, a long-coveted cork flooring in the kitchen now keeps our tootsies warm and is easy on the back when long-standing, heavy prep sessions for Thai cooking are in play. If you haven't considered cork flooring - definitely do! There are beautiful patterns. Such easy care. And very easy on the eyes.The crews are timely, professional, and respectful for the care of your furniture. Nick stands behind his products and team's work.We've got some serious renovation plans in our near future. You can bet Nick will be called when it's time to purchase the hardwood flooring with accent inlays. Nick and The Carpet Center team come with our high recommendations!”

“The Carpet Center is the only place you need to go when you're looking for carpet. Like you, when I started my carpet search, I turned to Yelp to help me decide which carpet shops I would visit. I chose three and after visiting them, looking at what they had to offer, checking prices, and talking with the sales people, the decision was a no-brainier. Alonso was very knowledgable, explaining fiber and padding differences. He listened to my concerns and my desire to replace our carpet with the same style and color, which unfortunately isn't made anymore (the carpet couldn't be that old!). He searched and came up with two good options. When he came to measure the house he arrived on time, checked to make sure that the new carpet wouldn't be a problem with the doors opening and closing, and was professional and pleasant to work with. To sum up our experience with the Carpet Center: They have a wide selection, if they don't have what you're looking for they will find it for you.Pleasant knowledgeable staff, special shout out for Alonso!Very competitive prices.Quick job from deciding on the carpet to installation.Why go anywhere else?”

“If you're looking for someone that will work with you on price and do a quality job then the Carpet Center is definitely the place to go based on my experience. They are professional from start to finish. Personally, I wanted someone that would back up their job 100% and be around in the future just in case there were issues concerning installation or carpet defects. I feel confident that I made the correct decision after seeing the results of the carpet job on my condo rental unit. I will have them back to perform same on my primary residence. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
