“Before I called these guys I had done some price shopping at Home Depot and was not impressed with the quality of the carpet or the backing for the price range I was asking. Seeing the good reviews on Yelp, I went to these guys. They explained in detail the options I had and really worked with me on price given that I was adding carpet to an apartment, not my own house. There was absolutely no sell-up pressure too. They installed only a couple days later, and my God the guy who did my carpet was extremely through and professional. He did not rush the job and took his time with each detail. I even had specific requests that made it a little more annoying to install the carpet and he met each one finishing WHILE I WAS AT WORK! I came home to what I consider an impeccable, flawless job. The carpet looks great, and he managed to install it around the Comcast cables that were stapled to the baseboard. I did not do the entire carpet, but he made the two carpets meet directly under the door as they should. Anyway, I could not be happier with the service. The price was reasonable and the job was professionally done without pressuring on the sell-up options.”

“I went to multiple carpet stores before settling on The Carpet Center. Alonso was amazing. At the other places I checked out the salespeople didn't really know carpets and either didn't have or didn't know what carpet types would work within my parameters and price range. Alonso asked the right questions to figure out what was most important to me, and then showed me many options within my price range. He also was straightforward about the pros and cons of each carpet so that I could make the best decision for me.By the way, The Carpet Center has an upgraded pad that makes any carpet feel like you are walking on a cloud. I highly recommend their upgraded pad over ones at other stores; it's worth it!The Carpet Center also did the installation for 4 rooms plus stairs and hallway. Excellent installation job - well cut and installed, no "popped" or loose carpet, no staples left to cut bare feet. The job was done a year ago and I still love this carpet.”
