“Several weeks ago, we started considering replacing the tile floor in our kitchen and laminate in our living area and halls. We didn't know much about wood floors or other alternatives. We asked some friends and received several recommended companies to work with. There was a lot to learn and compare. From our first visit to Superiors showroom I think we both knew this was the "team" to work with. Katherine Jones came to our home and was "EXTREMELY" helpful, answered all our questions and concerns. Price is always a concern and we were very pleased with the detailed pricing and all-inclusive total cost. There wasn’t any hidden cost, fees, or surprises. While we had the choice to do parts of the project ourselves, we chose to have Superior do the entire project A to Z. We are very glad we did! Katherine and her team began on Monday at 9:00am and were completely finished, with beautiful hardwood floors, on Saturday morning as promised. We were very impressed with the TEAM and their hard work, maintaining schedule, communicating with us, and meeting our expectations. We did have a couple of minor snags, but Katherine and the team resolved those quickly. We want to thank: 1. 2fellas and a truck for moving furniture 2. Luis and his crew... Eduardo did the install 3. Berna did the s&f 4. Smurf was there for the final touch ups before final coat 5. Lance with Summit plumbing 6. LaVona with LaVona’s Cleaning 7. Jose was the painter/ carpenter with Soriano’s painting 8. Noe was the electrician with Noes lighting We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism for this project! We love showing off our floors and singing the praises of them team! Thank You Superior!!!”

They were there to assist me from the time I stepped into the showroom and had no idea what I wanted up until the final walk thru of the job. We had some unforeseen issues with my house being an older house but everything was addressed quickly with solutions presented immediately! My floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier!”
