“Superior Flooring arrived 10am Monday 11 April 2022 Robert & Nowa started putting down flooring will work to 5-5:30pm today and finish up ON 3pm Tuesday 12 April 2022. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up really well. The flooring looks really great and thanks to Superior Flooring for making it happen. Well done to the workers thanks very much to all. .”

“From the beginning Superior has been great to work with in restoring the floors of our old home. Courtney was very responsive by email, working with me on timing for the project and answering all my questions about the process gracefully. When they came to do the floors, they allowed time for us to pick the stain we'd like the most taking into account the specifics of our home. They finished in the allotted amount of time and we are blown away by how these old floors have been brought back to life.”

“Excellent service and teamwork! Ann Marie, the owner and project manager, was always available to answer questions and deal with any concerns we might have had. Due to a slow leak under the kitchen sink, the wood floors had to be redone and we actually had to move out during the repairs. On top of that, it was during the winter storm last month and the extremely cold temperatures could have shut the process down. Ann Marie made sure all the moving parts kept moving and kept us in the loop each day. She oversaw each facet of the project from movers to the plumber and electrician, not to mention the crew repairing the floors. She was involved and vested in making sure we were happy and satisfied. And we are...very much so. Would recommend her and this business very highly, without reservations.”

Never did I feel as though we were not communicated with, and Ann-Marie was on site critiquing their own work on our behalf. “I contacted several companies to get bids on putting in hardwoods. Out of the companies that came to provide bids, I was most impressed with Anne Marie and Superior Wood Floors. She was prompt and communicated the bids quickly. She even broke them out for me so that if I wanted to add on a few spaces (closets, pantry etc.) I would know the specific cost of those add-ons as well. When we decided to go with Superior, we were scheduled quickly and Anne Marie was personally on site every single day to supervise the work and make sure we were happy. We knew what to expect every step of the way, and that allowed us to plan accordingly (what to do with the dogs, moving furniture, working from home, etc.) Best of all, we LOVE how the floors turned out. We couldn't be happier with the work. Having beautiful hardwoods in the bedroom and dining room makes such a difference! Superior even took great care to "lace in" the new wood with some of our existing older hardwood and you really can't even see the transition. I also appreciated how they left the house and woodwork spotless & pristine after the installation. I will absolutely be going back for any future flooring needs. Anne Marie and Superior Floors set the bar very high for workmanship and customer satisfaction. At this point, I won't consider going anywhere else.”
