“I am proud to say that I have worked with Superior a few times over the last 7 years, multiple renovations and two separate houses at this point and would whole heartedly refer them to everyone I meet. It saddens me to read reviews filled with such negativity, especially in such an already negative and hate filled world. We should work towards support one another more and be uplifting when and where we can be. I myself am a female business owner and know the impact reviews can have both good and bad on a small business. No one is perfect and no one will exceed everyone’s expectations all of the time. We are all continuously growing as people and the same is so for businesses. As someone who does not normally write reviews I felt compelled this morning however to express my support to a company I have had multiple great experiences with and to tell them to continue to go above and beyond and use the negative feedback as a motivator to even do better. “The best flooring company I've experienced. They were very professional and explained everything to me about the process of doing my floors. I am a disabled veteran and can't move around that great! They supplied everything from the moving of furniture to the storage of my furniture until the job was complete. I recommend them for any flooring job you may have. From replacing existing floors for upgrades to replacing floors that may have been damaged from water. I would like to say they are the best and their pricing is reasonable and with high quality products. Thanks Superior, Your name says it all!! Terry C”
