“Don't waste your time going to the "big box stores", head straight to Springfield Carpet One!!! Seriously... You will be greeted by two lovely ladies, Julie and Kim, who really know their stuff! You will receive exceptional and professional customer service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Julie and Kim will go out of their way to provide the carpet of your dreams for a price you can afford. Bruce came out and measured the very next day and we had our quote that day. We loved him too! This is a tightly run ship with installers that have been with them a very long time. Bottom line-why go anywhere else? They will listen to you and never put a hard sell on you. “Our first encounter with Carpet One was about ten years ago when we replaced the carpet in our former home. As we were getting ready to replace the flooring in our current home about 4 years ago, we decided to go back to Carpet One again and worked with a great representative, Steven Davis, and installed vinyl tile that looks great in our kitchen, dining room, laundry room and our guest bath. When we remodeled our master bath, we again went to Carpet One for vinyl and although there was a problem with the initial installation, it was quickly rectified. Then we worked with Noland to replace our carpet a couple of years ago and had it cleaned a couple of months ago and it still looks like new. We stopped by the new store location the other day looking for some vinyl cleaner and were greeted by another great representative of your company, Julie Kojdecki, who was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely recommend Carpet One to our family and friends. Kevin and Vivian”
