I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Julie , and all of her help with finding me a great deal on fantastic high quality carpet for my two kids bedrooms ! She was inviting and friendly , and her demeanor made me feel very comfortable . The installers were nice as well , and did a great job getting the carpet installed in a very timely manner too! If you need flooring , go see them ! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Honestly, I don't know why the overall rating on the web is a 4.9. It should be a solid 5 or more!! I have never worked with a stronger "team" in all my business dealings. We tried to go to a larger store (sorry Lowes, you just got called out) and no one remembered, or even added notes, to carry over into the next conversation I had with an associate to help conclude my estimate or purchase. Totally a "God wink" when a friend told me to contact Carpet One. From sweet Julie, to the precious man who came (that day) to measure (40 minute drive for him!!!) to the carpet installation itself, I had full confidence that they really cared for MY needs!
