“I worked with both Chad and Kevin. These guys were the best. I actually outreached Specialty Flooring the first time via e mail, and they responded immediately. I thought the initial estimate to refinish my floors was fair and reasonable, so I moved forward with the work. When there were complications with the floor due to moisture issues ( no fault of Specialty Flooring), Kevin and Chad both went above and beyond to help and I ended up with gorgeous new floors. Kevin had his team work through the weekend to keep my family’s move on track. Having peace of mind goes a long way when dealing with contractors.
