“We could not be more pleased with our new hardwood flooring! With minimal disruption to our household, the guys installed beautiful white oak in a spare bedroom/sewing room that had been carpeted. They even managed to match the existing wood floor in the hallway. I never dreamed they would make the threshold look so perfect. The result is flawless! It looks like both were installed at the same time. The guys who installed our floor were courteous, professional, and efficient; I believe they are talented artists in what they do. Another aspect that I truly appreciate is that the employees of this company were right on time when they said they would be there--when we had the estimate, when they delivered the wood, and when they worked on the floor. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We plan to replace the other two carpeted bedrooms soon and will definitely call upon Specialty Flooring to do the job. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.”

“The crew at Specialty Flooring were responsive, helpful, and professional. We moved out of our house for a week while our floors were refinished and had no qualms with leaving our home in their hands. Damien sent videos and pictures each day so we could track the progress from out-of-state, answered my numerous texts immediately (even at night) and, most important, the floors looked fantastic with hardly any dust residue. UPDATE: Not quite as responsive with repairs. Found that the extra-hard coating we paid extra for is scratching as badly as before and a few spots were missed.”
