Everything that was offered to us was done in an expedient and friendly manner. Dates and times set were all without delay or excuses. The showroom has a nice selection of product, and friendly help always nearby. Chad, the estimator was more than helpful when he came to our home, and told us to feel free to call him with any concerns we had prior to the installation. And he was in fact available when we did call with concerns. The installers, Chandler and Junior were outside our home preparing their equipment to work at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We found these young men to be absolutely courteous friendly and helpful in every respect. They worked steadily and carefully the whole day. We could see that doing quality work was first and foremost with them. Was a very pleasing experience. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a nice new floor.”
