“Best quality for the price. I started using American River Flooring about 5 years ago. At the time, it was just Vacant Only Painting, and then they added American River Flooring. They have done lots of painting and some flooring (carpeting) for me over the years, and it has all been excellent. They have worked on about 25 rental homes for me. I like that I do not have to worry about anything. I know the work will be done and be done right. Sometimes, I call them and say I need them to paint and carpet a home. Don knows what will look good for the price and I do not have to micromanage the project. For one job they did for me, I put a contractor's lock box on and when I showed up with the owners, everything was perfect. American River Flooring definitely has the best quality for the price. “Appointments for estimate and work to be were exactly on time. The painting was perfectly done with precision and professionalism and a great and helpful attitude. Received helpful suggestions on color choices. The final walk through was impressive! Not a speck of unwanted paint anywhere. No little pieces of painter's tape left behind, no sign of painting equipment being cleaned in sinks, toilets, or on lawns. Even old unwanted window blinds were hauled away. Fantastic job.”
