“This review is long overdue, but Patrick was incredible and achieved the impossible for us. We had carpet installation scheduled (with a different company) before moving into our new home and it fell through with less than a week left. In a panic I called American River Flooring and spoke with Patrick. He met us in the store that same day and was very patient as we checked the availability of several different carpet options. He was able to get us the carpet we wanted, we settled on a fantastic price, and he scheduled the install for the 2 days prior to our move in date (which was less than a week away!!!). I didn't think it would be possible, but Patrick and American River Flooring helped make it happen. The carpet is beautiful and very soft with the memory foam pad. The installer was top notch and did a perfect job. Patrick was very professional and kept in communication throughout the whole process. Overall, we were very happy with our experience. Thank you!”
