“We purchased carpeting from Russell Martin Carpet & Rug when we lived in Naperville, IL, and also had them do our carpet cleaning, with the highest level of satisfaction every time. When we moved to another city in the Chicago Western Suburbs and recently needed both new carpeting and carpet cleaning again, we did not hesitate to re-hire them. This is an old, established Naperville company that specializes in carpeting only. Their staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about carpeting, and easy to work with. They were attentive to our specific needs, explained our various options, and we experienced no pressure in purchasing one type of carpet over another. Russell Martin's installers are top notch. They are employees and not independent contractors, and both men who came to install had been with the company for many years. After the installation, they gave us important information on how to care and clean our new carpets. Everyone we came in contact with had the same level of professionalism that we remembered from our past experience with this company, and that persuaded us that to be in the best possible hands this time around, we would do business with them again. “Whenever I want great selection, superb customer support and everyday maintenance I go to Russell Martin. I have been a customer since 1998. I have gotten support for builder issues with my carpet, whole house and oriental rug cleaning and the most awesome area rugs for my bathroom. Kate helped me pick out these rugs. I used to walk into my bathroom and think - how can I improve look and usability? I used to wonder - when will I ever find what I want? After Kate placed my order, the supplier notified her that they discontinued one of my sizes. Kate made sure they fulfilled my order. Whether I'm purchasing an area rug or carpet, they are attentive to every detail. It's rare when you can say that you actually enjoyed carpet shopping. When you shop at Russell Martin, you don't feel like just a number, you really get the sense that they care about you and your family above all, and to them, selling you carpet is just a bonus. In addition to all my carpet and area rug needs, I also go to RM for all of my cleaning needs. I bring my area rugs in to be cleaned about every 4 months, and I have a techinician to my house to clean my in home carpet as well. They do such an amazing job, my carpet and area rugs always look brand new after they're done. I would definitely recommend Russell Martin carpet to anyone who lives in the area. A small family owned business with this kind of class and professionalism is rare these days.”

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with several standard size area rugs plus a custom size rug that was expertly constructed by Russell Martin.
