“Of all the contract work we have had done over the 30+ years in our house, I can say, without any doubt, that Richie Ballance flooring was the best! They installed carpet in most areas of the house and installed vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen. They communicated well, listened to what we wanted, were knowledgeable, showed up on time and when they said they would, and were polite and respectful. I highly recommend them!”

They are so helpful picking out what will work best and look best in your situation. They have remodeled our bathrooms, kitchen floor and the bedroom floors. I would not use anyone else as they are are so good with helping you and so dependable. When they say they are going to be there at a certain time, you so bet they will be there. I am somewhat OCD on things being clean and neat. The Richie Ballance team is the only business that has ever been able to meet my expectations. They clean up as they go and each day when they leave (if it takes more than a day) the work area will be left clean and neat. Terry and I just have been amazed how good they are, but even more important, they are just wonderful, caring people!!”
