“After having a bad experience with another local flooring company, we researched for hours and hours before even stepping foot in the door at Richie Ballance Flooring. I must say that from the moment we walked in the door, it was a pleasure doing business with these folks. Phyllis and her associate were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind. We left there feeling great about the service we would receive. We were not disappointed. Richie arrived on time to measure for our hardwood floors at the appointed time. The next day he called with a very fair price for the floors. He said the flooring would be in and we could expect installation in approximately 3 weeks. True to his word, he called and scheduled a time to put our floors in. On Friday before the installation was scheduled for Monday, Richie called back to verify the day and time that the installers would be here. He also let us know the names of the installers. Steve and Dexter arrived on Monday morning and got to work. They placed a barrier on our existing hardwood floor to protect it where they would be walking. They were extremely conscientious with moving our heavy furniture. Also, they were diligent in disposing of the old flooring as they went. This morning we received a follow up call from Phyllis to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We are 100% satisfied with our entire experience. I cannot imagine working with anyone else for our flooring needs after this experience. If you want professionals that truly do a great job, from start to finish, Richie Ballance Flooring should be your first call. I am excited to move on to our next project in a few months which will be a kitchen renovation. Again, we will work with this company.”

“Wow where do I begin for starters Phyllis was amazing to work with she took care getting financing done and help selecting floors she knew exactly what I was looking for. Richie came out measured and took care of everything got it in and then even started a day early. The installers were fantastic, professional, and outstanding workmanship from both they knocked it out of the park. Our floors are amazing the price was great and any questions or concerns no matter how many calls I made the whole staff was always accommodating, professional, as well as caring. Would I use Richie Ballance flooring again ? YES no one else will ever do flooring for me again but this company you will not regret choosing them to make your home beautiful...”
