“We have done business with Richie and Phyllis for many years. Because of now having a dog we decided to have all the floors replaced and had laminate floors put in every room except the bathrooms and the sunroom. We also wanted the convenience of cleaning the floors and not having to worry if we have any liquids spilled on the floors. The laminate is scratch and water proof. The installers did a wonderful job and were always on time. The Balances and their saleslady were very helpful. We should not need new floors again for a very long time but if we do we will again be visiting Richie and Phyllis's store.”

“Richie Ballance flooring installed new *Mohawk flooring* in my kitchen, dining room, laundry room , bathroom & living room, the work John and Chris ( the installers ) was very professional and the work they did turned out beautiful. They knew what they were doing and were on time, took no shortcuts, may sure the flooring was properly supported and they were very social. Richie and they made sure their truck was properly supplied with material and tools, they never had to run out and get anything. Now i'm thinking of having them come back and replace the carpets in my 3 bedrooms.”

“Shout out to Richie and his entire team and sub-contractors for doing a beautiful job in our home. We upgraded to granite countertops, under mount sink, removed carpet and installed Mohawk flooring in our master bedroom. Everyone from start to finish was polite, cleaned up after they were done, and very professional. They all showed up timely and when they said they would. Thank you ALL!!”
