“This was the 2nd time we have used Randy's when updating our home in less than a year and are very happy with the results. The installation staff was very professional and prompt. They kept us in the loop with how things were going and were done in less time than planned. The sales staff were also helpful and I love the fact that we could take multiple samples home to see what looked best in natural light and were willing to work with us when we had to move the installation date around due to schedule conflicts at our home. My only wish is that they had the ability to install new base boards after completion so we didn't have to hire a separate contractor for this step. But we love our new floor!”

“I was able to select my carpet with just the right amount of assistance. I was given ample information without pressure. Samples were offered to take home to see if it was a good choice. I was able to use an independent layer and the price was the best in town. I would definitely go this route again.”

They even hired the plumber to move and reinstall as necessary. The workers showed up early enough to go over things with me and were very friendly and courteous.
