“I walked into Randy's with a piece of broken tile, in another futile attempt to match old dated tile from a laundry/bathroom. I was greeted by Selina who assured me I would not be able to match and guided me through this huge store to the tile. Little did she know I have a hard time making decisions.....We got through it, sample after sample. I should have just had her pick it out from the beginning! Not only did we pick out some incredible tiles, she was my sideline cheerleader as I picked out new lighting and faucets and vanity and paint and it just goes on and on. Matt and Sam were the best installers, they really cared about the finished look. Very detail oriented and meticulous work. Super nice guys, too. I don't think remodeling is particularly fun, but these people know their stuff and made it as easy as possible.”

“The level of customer service from Shana was exceptional! I would go through her again and any friends I refer I will send to her. The installation team she sent did an amazing job. They asked questions, did a great job cleaning up, worked well as a team, and were polite and friendly. I would definitely tell anybody that I referred to ask for Julio and Daeton to install their carpet.”

Randy’s was incredibly patient with us - allowing us extra time to get significant modifications done to our entry stairway before finishing the carpet installation. We couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“LVT in master bath Thank to Casey Day for his service call today! He explained that what we thought was a problem with our flooring, really wasn’t. He assured us he would correct it in the future if it posed a problem. He caulked around our bath and shower giving it a clean look while he was out. Thanks for taking care of us Casey & Randy’s!”

“We were looking for vinyl plank for my wife's sewing room and carpet for our bedroom and closet. Randy's advertise they have a large selection in stock. I went in and talked to Dee, she was very helpful and they do have a large selection for both plank and carpet. The cost was very reasonable. The gentlemen that came to install the flooring did a excellent job. We would definitely recommend Randy's.”
