“Sales staff is just there. They don't offer a whole lot of value to the equation. There wasn't follow-up in fact we had to call several times for our quote. We waited over a 1/2 hour for help when we visited the show room because only one specific person could help us (ever heard of cross training?). On a positive note they carry very good products and the prices were very competitive.”
