He is reassuring and his mannerism which is calm and relaxed is just the cats meow. We have already recommended them to friends who had a similar experience with another sales person at Quality Carpet. The few times I called and spoke to the other sales people, they too were friendly and very efficient. Our project was done in record time. In addition the installers were amazing, the "boss" and the young workers were a pleasure. They worked so quickly and it was obvious they all knew what they were doing, not wasting any time.
