“Hurricane Ian stressed many homeowners needing to replace flooring. Of course, like most people, we wanted quality carpet- and fast. Cody provided incredible service- he was very personable, and knowledgeable- explaining -and educating me on the variety of carpets. Cody helped me select a carpet that met our needs, budget, and expectations. I was told it would take 2 weeks total (from order to installation) and in exactly 2 weeks from purchase, beautiful, high quality carpet was installed by a very competent team- during an incredibly busy time for SW Florida. The installers were courteous, skillful, and very clean. I didn't even need to vacuum after they were finished with install. I will definitely consult with Quality Carpet and Flooring for future needs.”

“This is truly the best company ever. I was in Ohio freaking out about Ian. Called the store and spoke with Nicole. Within in a week my old wet carpet and padding was removed and less than a week later I had new carpet installed. The installers were courteous and respected my property. If you need any type of flooring, go see Nicole, Blake and Cindy ASAP. Cindy will make the entire process painless. Very grateful to QC&F.”
