“This is the 2nd time we have used Carpet Outlet & Floors in a little over 3 years and as like the first time, everything was perfect!! Working with Cindy is always a joy and following Hurricane IAN and the 8 months of red tape, insurance let downs and so forth she worked with us to make sure our carpet was installed within days of the house being completed by contractors. From walking through the door at Carpet Outlet until all was finished we could not be happier. Cindy did a wonderful job in helping us with our selection in carpet/padding and the installation crew were an absolute joy to deal with!! On time, explained everything, personable and had 2 bedrooms and an office done in incredibly timely fashion!! Thank you Carpet Outlet!!”

“Quality professionally installed our bedrooms’ luxury vinyl tile and kitchen backsplash. We were especially pleased when installer Eugene returned, upon our request, to correct an area we noticed was subpar, within the week! You just don’t see that kind of response time these days. Quality is well worth the money for a job well done.”
