“Dear John, In an age where the customer is often the last person considered in a retailing transaction, it has been a pleasure to find a company such as ProFloors who not only meets, but might even exceed the customer’s expectations. When we thought about recarpeting the majority of our condominium, we tested the waters with several of the local carpet merchants, but were always turned off by their list of problems, can’t do’s, and additional charges which invariably arose every time we started talking seriously about the job. Fortunately, on of our neighbors in the building recommended your firm to us, and from that point on, good things began to happen.
