“Dear Michael, what a relief to know that there is a company in Naples that can be trusted to do a flooring job while the owners of that residence are away. From the time we met you, we felt completely comfortable allowing your team access to our home while we were away. The fact that you could, and did, send photos to us via email was one of the main reasons we chose your company to do our work. As of yet, we have been unable to get to Naples to see the project in real life, but the photos are magnificent. The tile work and the carpeting look wonderful. “We recently contracted with Pro-Floors of Naples to install engineered flooring and carpeting in our Condominium in Pelican Bay. Jeff Robinson of Pro-Floors was our contact person. We were in Pennsylvania during the entire process. Jeff promptly sent us a contract, arranged for samples to be sent to us and returned all phone calls and emails almost immediately. Just as work was about to begin, a water leak was discovered in our Condo. Large areas of the rugs, walls and under tile floors were saturated with water. In addition, black mold had developed on the walls and other surfaces. Jeff recommended a plumber to repair the water pipe and an environmental company to remove the mold contaminated areas and begin the remediation process. He coordinated with the plumber and the environmental company. He had to re-set the Pro-Floors installation schedule. After the plumbing repairs and remediation were completed, Jeff's Pro-Floors' team installed the flooring and rugs. All of the installation was performed to perfection. His coordination work with the plumber and remediation company (which was all gratuitous) enabled us to remain in Pennsylvania during the entire process. We recommend Jeff Robinson and the Pro-Floors team without hesitation.”
