“We were seeking a solution to install a new floor over our existing ceramic tile floor. It was our good fortune to meet David at Pro Floors. He was knowledgeable and patient as he led us through the options and ultimately prepared a proposal to best meet our needs. After investigating other resources, we returned to ask David why we should choose his proposal over the other alternatives we found. He was receptive to our inquiry and presented information consistent with what we had learned about the alternatives. From the moment we accepted the Pro Floors proposal, he was a project manager sensitive to and diligent about every detail of the process. The installation was completed while we were not in residence and he kept us apprised of the progress - even sending us photos during the installation. His customer centered service was exemplified by his professional and personal manner in all aspects of the project. When we returned, there were a few finishing touches required for which David was proactive in ensuring that they were completed in a timely manner. Even when we inquired about maintenance of the floor, he sent an internet link with all the information required. Marvin, as a member of the installation team, went above and beyond the call of duty in leveling appliances, adjusting pocket doors, settling furniture, and applying floor trim. We highly recommend the Pro Floors team for full service flooring solutions!! To date we are very satisfied with our selection of the Core Tec product. In addition to the warm authentic appearance, it has some acoustical value with the high ceilings and it has a more cushioned feel for standing and walking.”

“ATTENTION: Anyone and/or everyone who may be thinking about flooring, ProFloors cannot be outdone by anyone in South Florida!! Cedric was absolutely wonderful in every aspect of the entire project. The Wood-Like tile floors we had installed in our home could not be outdone in looks and beauty. His expert advice and patience with us in answering every question and taking time everyday to supervise the progress being made by his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. Believe me....we shopped a number of flooring places and in the end, Cedric and ProFloors were the only person and company that understood what and how we wanted it done! His work crew was neat and truly professional in every way. They were very timely each day and worked hard each day. They did clean up at the end of each day as well. They were extremely cooperative in every aspect of the job. Strongly Recommend ProFloors to South Florida residents!!”

“It is with great pleasure that we have made a decision to go with ProFloors for all three flooring projects. (ground, lobby, and penthouse). The decision was made based upon the following criteria: ProFloors was more professional; they were able to break down costs, return phone calls, and provide requested information. They also did a more extensive and thorough measuring of floors using a tape measure and laser computer generated dimensions for a more accurate measurement and costs. They have extensive experience working with rectified tile and were knowledgeable about technical issues of cutting, polishing and laying of tile. In addition, they are specialists in carpeting. They have over 20 years of experience and both tile and carpeting installers are employees not outside contractors. I believe we should get the board to vote ASAP.”

“It is with great pleasure that I write this note on behalf of Profloors and Augusto in particular. We are newcomers to Bonita Springs and when I asked a neighbor whom to use for tile work, they without hesitation said Profloors. The moment I entered the showroom and chatted with Augusto I knew that I had made the right decision. Leaving his charm and wit aside, I found Augusto most knowledgeable and willing to go beyond the call of duty to help. Mine was somewhat of an unusual situation in that we needed to ship about 10,000 pounds of tile from Chicago to Florida. Augusto coordinated the shipment with the vendor and spoke to him on several occasions about our specifications. Additionally, Augusto provided me with excellent design suggestions (diagonal vs. linear), and came to the work site daily to ensure that destruction and construction was completed on a timely and quality basis. Moreover, Augusto on several occasions interfaced with a member of the Board of Directors to ensure her that Profloors was adhering to the Board’s specifications. Lastly, Augusto was always available by phone (even when he had the flu) and in person. On the last day Augusto was once again on site with note pad in hand quickly addressing any issues that I had. I could not have asked for a better representative of the company than Augusto, and I am most pleased with Profloor’s workmanship. Thank you for a job well done !!”
