He sat and spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). Lots of selections in which to choose. I LOVE my new plush carpeting and Luxury Vinyl floors. “We hired another company to clean our carpets and they stretched them out. When I called that company and asked if they would fix the carpet, they said we needed to hire someone else to do that. Fortunately we found Professional Carpet Systems! We will use them any time we need our carpets, tile, or furniture cleaned. Their price was reasonable, and not only did they do a great job of cleaning, they fixed our stretched carpets for a reasonable rate, while they were here. The carpet looks fantastic. “I was selling a condominium for a client and the carpet was in really bad shape. I did not want to ask the owner to replace it so I had Professional Carpet Systems come in and do a deep clean. They removed stains that I thought were impossible to remove, they stretched the carpet where it had started to sag, they patched really bad spots and more. I was amazed! The condo sold in one day and the carpet looked awesome! Special shout out to "Tudor" who did the actual cleaning and another shout out to "Catera" who worked with me to schedule the cleanings, answer billing questions and just for being so darn friendly on the phone. I recommend this company and plan to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs going forward!”
