“Had to replace the carpet in our restaurant and we were given their contact info. They were very helpful through the entire process. The installers did a fantastic job!!! That was the most important thing for us. We have seen other restaurants get a high quality carpet only to have it installed poorly. Now they are replacing it again because the seams were done wrong.”

“They do good work but are not the best company to work for as there may be plenty of jobs to complete but the company could care less about there employees needs and are strictly focused on production if that means working 14 hrs a day. Pay raises are not based on merit and cronyism is definitely part of there work environment. Be prepared to work harder and longer as a new person but don't expect to be rewarded or acknowledged for that hard work. Even customer reviews that advise of the professional nature of the employees work is acknowledged but not in the manner you as an employee care about. Any resentment will be quickly proven to be you are a worker and they are your bosses. Little attempt at praise of any value and making you feel part of a company other than a tool. Be prepared to be verbally scolded with any issue that occurs while hearing very little about the good you do. Not much growth or opportunity and minorities have a slightly higher hill to climb despite whatever hot air comes out there mouth. There actions speak much louder then the petty thanks you get after working a 15hr shift and being on call for the next week beyond that. Bottom line is they make money and you simply make money for them while u get pennies.”
