“We had a leak under the foundation and were looking at a long weekend without hot water. The person in charge of the office was efficient and polite, coordinating with installers and a plumbing company to make sure the work (which involved 2 trips from flooring installers and 2 trips from the plumber) was done in less than 1/2 day - WOW! As a bonus, and I am a perfectionist myself, the floor and trim re-installed in the laundry room is "showroom-worthy!" We could not be more pleased!”
