“I am in Garner NC and had a fantastic experience with Premier Flooring and Design. I was looking to replace my old carpet with some vinyl plank flooring. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for exactly so after seeing good reviews, I went into the store in Garner. Jon' was very helpful in asking what I needed and what my budget was and came over within a few days to measure my room to provide an estimate. My flooring was on backorder (no fault of Premier) but once it came in we got it scheduled in less than a week. Two days before they were scheduled to come I discovered that the subfloor was made of this nasty fiberboard and it had bubbled and otherwise been damaged over the years. I called back to ask them what to do - they sent someone over that day to look at it (and confirm that it needed to be replaced as well). The next day Jon' called back with an estimate to put plywood down before the plank was installed. It was very reasonable, and they were able to roll it into the scheduled installation! Everything went off without a hitch yesterday and now I have a beautiful new Mohawk floor. Everyone I worked with at Premier was very professional, courteous, responsive and just nice! Much different than at a big box store (where I originally tried to get some information and well, lets just say that there was no customer service there and leave it at that!) Excellent customer service, very reasonable price, I am very happy!”
