“First, let's handle the obvious: Premier Flooring uses quality materials. I had LVP installed in my entire house -- including our stairwells -- and the product looks and feels like hardwood while remaining completely waterproof. But here's what is more important: They are good people who stand behind their work. On my first installation, I needed a two-day job done in one and a half days and they made it happen. Their installers worked almost nonstop from 8 in the morning until 8 at night on the first day to get my job done in the timeline that I had. What's more impressive, however, is that my original floor installed by Premier started to show some bubbling in spots after eleven months. Premier came out, inspected the floor, couldn't figure out what was causing the issue, and completely replaced the floor anyway. That impressed me. They didn't try to make excuses for what was going on or to push the problem back onto me. They solved it without question. I'd recommend them without reservation.”
