“We can't say enough about the excellent customer service and care. Our sales associate stayed on top of the order and made sure it came in when it was promised, and the guys that installed our flooring picked it up from the warehouse and brought it all the way to our home, which was an extra hour drive. Then they stayed until it was finished, at 7:00 p.m. because they didn't think we'd like the mess over the weekend! Fridays are supposed to be an early day for everyone who works! And the guys were cheerful and very competent. I promise you won't be disappointed if you get your flooring from them. You don't find customer care like this very often anymore.”
