“We are very pleased with Precision Floors & Decor. Gail was extremely helpful when we were selecting our engineered hardwood floors. We had lots of questions and sample requests and she was always super responsive. We ended up with the perfect floor. She also suggested a tile for our backsplash based on all the finishes in the room and it ended up being the perfect tile. The install team was professional and courteous and did a fabulous job with the floors and the backsplash. Any concerns we had were addressed and they made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would definitely use them again.”

“We are so thrilled with our new luxury vinyl plank floors! We chose to run our” boards” the long way, which made our install a little more difficult in order to keep the pattern straight, but we love it! Our installer, Dylan, was such a pleasure to work with. Very polite, punctual, tidy, paid attention to detail and even finished the job a day earlier than projected. He verified small finishing details with me along the way. I would strongly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Precision! Where do I start? After considering a kitchen remodel for over 20 years, I knew that when we actually remodeled, we would DEFINITELY use Precision for our floors. About 4 years ago, we had them install vinyl planking through our main living area and bedrooms and were SUPER impressed with the whole process, from design to installation and beyond. And, it was an even better experience with our kitchen, if that’s possible. Rachel was our sales rep and did a great job showing options and alternatives and answering all our questions. She was very helpful with showing us what our budget would allow and didn’t try to “over-sell” us. We got great flooring for the price we paid, for sure. Bob was our main installer and had a wealth of knowledge about flooring of all types. He took the time to really prepare our old floor surface for the new one, making sure we knew what was happening. Everyone was professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with. The new floor looks even better than we had imagined. We have no more floors to replace for some time or we would have them back. If our experience says anything, you won’t be disappointed with Precision!”

“I am adding to the review that I posted earlier to comment on the final part of our project...the installation of our backsplash. My husband and I really could not be happier. The tile installed by John is even more beautiful than we imagined. John was professional but friendly and his artistry is evident in the end results. We would not hesitate to work with Precision Flooring again. We have enjoyed working with Precision Flooring on our renovation project. Denise Senn has been quite knowledgeable and helpful. The technician who measured for our backsplash and possible future flooring project(Nick) was also very knowledgeable and answered a number of questions that I had. We also had an opportunity to work with Ideal Surfaces for our Cambria quartz countertops. On Denise's recommendation, we visited Ideal's facility in West Bend to see a large slab of the style we were interested in. This was a key factor in helping us with our decision. The owner, Mark, took very careful measurements and sent an exact image of what the layout would look like. When Mark and Dominic arrived to install, we found there had been a miscommunication about which edge the counters should have. Without hesitation, they took them back to the shop, corrected the situation, and returned the very next day to do the install. We were impressed by the professionalism, and we absolutely LOVE our new contertops!”
