“I wish there was a 4.5 level to use because I don't believe anyone is perfect. There's always room for improvement in all of us. That said, I used the 5 star rating because of the professionalism and workmanship at Precision. We ordered vinyl plank flooring for our living room and hallway. Installation was delayed, twice by the manufacturer and once by us (due to unforeseen circumstances). Once the day came for the installing, the two men were friendly and efficient, taking them two days to complete the work. There was a sheen to areas on the floor that I was unable to get off. A Precision expert came to inspect the spots and recommended a specific cleaner ,which eliminated the areas completely. We love our flooring and would recommend Precision Floors & Decor to friends and family.”

“From concepts of design, color and execution of the actual floor, Precision Floor & Decor lives up to their name. Super easy to work with, very professional and thoughtful. We had a large and complicated job at our home. Our home is 100 years old and was never a home. The flooring underneath the industrial carpet was a hot mess. After a ton of leveling and MORE leveling, and then laying of the floor, we are honestly thrilled with our flooring. The attention to detail and skill of the flooring team was amazing. Highly recommend calling these people. If we have any additional flooring jobs, we will most certainly give these folks a repeat performance. Bravo!!!”

“Recently we had Precision Flooring install some wood flooring in our condo. We knew that it was going to be a challenging job just for the mere fact that it was being replaced from some water damage that occurred. We had contracted previous work with Precision Flooring before and have always been very pleased with the quality of the product and in the detail of installation. This time we had two experience installers name Derek and Cliff. They were both so professional and hard-working. They took the time at the end of every day to clean up and even helped me wipe down some of the walls that had gotten dust on them from taking out the old wood flooring. It is this kind of attention to detail that produces excellence that we have become used to in working with Precision Flooring. We are soon having a backsplash put in our kitchen by them and are exploring the options of new flooring for our stairway in the entry. If you are wanting a quality experience from beginning to end …Precision Flooring is the place to go.”

“The Sales Team was good. The quality of our Backsplash Tiles are top notch. The quality of the installation was exceptional. I would've given 5 stars but, the Installers kept going out to smoke cigarettes every half hour to an hour. This caused the job to take much longer than estimated. It also took us 2 days to air out our House and get the smell of cigarette smoke out. I would still recommend Precision. However, they should really address this issue with some of their Installers.”
