“I'm overall very happy. We had 2 bedrooms floors put in. Jay was very accommodating and quick to reply. They got our job scheduled the very next day which was really surprising. The installers were on time and wasted no time getting to work. However, neither of them spoke English so communication was frustrating. Our install manager showed up later but that didnt really make a difference because they still laid the floor pattern in the wrong direction in one room. Still the floors and trim look beautiful and we will use them for another room in the future. I'd recommend them to others but with the tip to really watch them closely because I'm not the only one this happened to.”
