I had an excellent experience with Perfect Choice Flooring from initial consultation to job completion. Christian arrived for the measure/estimate appointment on time and was very helpful and thorough with his measurements. Their first quote was considerably outside of my budget, so Christian and Jay worked with me to find a different product (same material, same size, very similar color, good quality, more budget-friendly) and modify details of the job to meet my budgeting requirements. The installation team arrived on time daily, were respectful of the house and property, and the team leader Andy did a great job keeping me informed of their progress and explaining what I should expect as far as how the floor feels walking on it, what would be indicative of a problem, etc. Brian called me daily during installation to check that I was happy with the flooring and work, and to see if I had any questions or issues. Once installation was complete, everyone who had been involved on the project (Christian, Jay, and Brian) confirmed with me that I was completely happy and had no issues.”
