“The company removed the existing tile floor and put down a high end laminate. They were hard working and completed the job quickly. Complaints: During the demolition of the tile, the worker banged up the bottom of my new cabinets. The damage is not visible to the eye; however, I just had the cabinets installed and they were not cheap. Also, I had some low spots on the floor and no leveling compound was used. I now hear some noise when I walk on the low spots. I mentioned the damage to the cabinets and I never followed up.”

“First, the price they quoted was way better than other flooring companies I contacted. Jay was professional and very patient with my indecisive decision on what flooring tile I wanted to pick. He came over 3 times showing me samples until I finally chose one. He went above and beyond. I absolutely love how my floor turned out! The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the way the installers left smears of floor adhesive/putty on a few spots of my baseboards. Anything I needed rectified or help with Jay responded right away. I would use them again!”
