“Beseda completed an install of flooring for my lower level as part of a major renovation that involved a carpenter that was plagued by delays. Beseda was kind enough to work with those delays and rescheduled with zero complaints. When they finally were able to install, they made the wait worth it and were the best part of the entire experience. The sales staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and personable, the install went perfectly including the quality of install, their timeliness and their clean up and the product they sold turned out perfect. The quaint building they are in hides an incredible amount of product that dwarfs the selection of other flooring providers we visited in the area (including the big box stores) and their knowledge of that product is second to none. Add to that the fair prices, and this is a no brainer for us when it comes to future flooring in our home and anyone else that asks about our experiences.”

“I search and searched, researched and researched AAAALL the local flooring companies. I really wanted LVP. I went in to all the local places. Not one of them was as friendly, helpful, nor knowledgeable as Brad at Beseda. Brad knew/knows those flooring brands VERY well. We have an 1100 square foot condo that we wanted to install LVP into. Maybe it was too small of a job for these other companies? I wanted really top of the line LVP and wanted to discuss it with the salesperson at each of these other places… well known companies in St Charles county. I didn’t get that kind of service anywhere else. But then there was Brad. Brad talked to me about what I wanted and where it was going to be installed. He talked about pros/cons of each kind. It boiled down to two brands/types. Brad left me alone and let me sit and stare at the samples, lol. No pressure but he was ready to answer questions I had. I took a couple samples home for a couple days. I came back to order. But, Brad offered to come to our home and measure it to make sure I was ordering the correct amount! He strongly suggested we get two extra boxes. (We were so glad we did because my husband and son installed it and there was an expensive learning curve because the brand I went with was not cheap and was a little trickier to install…. but soooo worth it!) Brad has a ton of experience in the flooring industry and it showed because he gave me some pointers and suggestions to pass on to my husband and son. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result, but just as important to ME was working with a company that listened and cared. I felt good after making the purchase. As a matter of fact, it’s been over a year since that purchase (bad me for waiting so long to leave a review but better late than never.) We hadn’t finished a small section because we ran out of planks (cough… my husband/son wasted a lot… cough). I asked for Brad and he remembered me!!! Easily!!! So, thanks Brad! And Bryan is the best coordinator! Kind of a dream team, and I wouldnt give my future projects to anyone else. Period.”

I especially appreciated the recommendations he made based on our specific needs. We have an adult child in an electric wheelchair so it was important to find a products that would stand up to the weight and wear and tear of the chair. “Beseda Flooring is just the greatest. Cory helped us solve a flooring issue that had been going on with another company for close to two years. The flooring we purchased from Beseda is beautiful in our home. Beseda replaced flooring in 5 rooms and 3 baths. The installer was "Top Notch" even came out on a Saturday for 8 hours to finish up the job for us. Both Cory and the owner stayed in touch with us throughout the entire job.
