They had no issues coming and fix the padding for us at no charge, even though the original owners were the ones that paid for the original job. Way to gain a future customer! If we ever replace our flooring/update we will be coming back to Baseda.”

“The whole project went so smoothly. It would have been done sooner if I could actually pick a floor sample. I loved about 7 of them! David was very patient with my indecisiveness and questions. Brad & Keagon did an excellent job. They were professional and showed up on time and they also answered all of my questions. My family and I love the floors!! Olivia sent an email over the next day with all the warranty information for the floors. Home projects can sometimes be a complete nightmare. “I needed a project done quick and at a reasonable cost. My sales rep Brad recognized my need and provided a solution. The product was ordered promptly, installed scheduled promptly, workmanship was quality, crew was efficient, friendly and respectful....we got the floor we needed for what I feel was a fair price. We had a problem with some factory transition trim work that was designed for the floor. It was not going to work for our needs. Brad addressed the problem and came up with a solid option to meet our needs. Corrected at no cost....”
