“I recently completed an extensive remodel of my home. Beseda was by far one of the best companies I worked during the five months it took to complete all the projects. My salesman was Brad who was informative and very easy to work with. Brad went above and beyond more than once to assist with questions related to other parts of the remodel project. Olivia also helped along the journey to answer any question that came up. The installers were professional and paid attention to details. I now have new carpeting in the loft and spare bedrooms that I absolutely love!!!”

“Went in to look at hardwood samples and David helped out with quite a bit of questions and help with his experience. After picking out floor, David came and measured the house and got right back to us with all the numbers. Figuring it would be a while before we got the flooring and scheduled install we were pleasantly surprised. The floor was available and since they had a cancellation we got it installed much sooner than expected. Mark and Tony(installers) were great. friendly, and did a VERY professional job !! We are sooo pleased with how it looks! Great job to everyone involved and will highly recommend!!”

“Came into the showroom to see about getting rid of my carpet and install laminate flooring. Had a color picked out and Cory showed me one other color and I knew that was the one. He came out and measured and pricing was well within what I budgeted. Ordered and scheduled install in three weeks. The date scheduled was 11/22 the Monday before thanksgiving. Patrick and Tim came out and installed whole house minus 3 bedrooms in 3 days and I am over the moon in my flooring. Professional through and through. When I’m ready for the bedrooms I know where I am going.”

“We are so impressed by Beseda Flooring. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and so friendly. We had some delivery delays due to Covid, but Dave- our salesman - kept us informed all along the way and scheduled our delivery and install as soon as the wood arrived. Brian Beseda came out to the house personally on day one of install to make sure everything was going well. We couldn’t have asked for a better installation team. Josh and Dave are experts - Josh walked us thru the procedure they would use before starting and he was extremely knowledgeable about installation. They worked quickly and cleaned up every day before they left. They answered all the questions we had and showed us how to take care of our new floors. We had the main floor totally redone which meant taking out old wood and carpet and installing new wood. They are experts at their job! They even put felt pads on all the furniture pieces that were in these rooms. I would recommend Beseda to anyone who asks and will use them again for any future projects”

“Word of mouth and other's outstanding experiences led me to these guys. I selected Beseda Flooring to install my floor as part of a major lower level renovation of my home. During the process, the carpenter that was doing the other part of the renovation experienced many delays forcing us to miss the original install date for the floor. Beseda never complained and happily worked with me despite the inconvenience it obviously caused them and their business. This, in addition to providing outstanding product choices that were better than what I found elsewhere, expert level product knowledge and advice, prices (on quality products) just as good as anywhere else, INCREDIBLE installation with attention to detail and cleanliness, a sales staff that is personable and follows up... and overall one of the best experiences I have had in making an upgrade for my home. I want to patronize family businesses but don't want to sacrifice anything. Beseda is a perfect example of a business that is just that. In my experience, whether it is the big box stores or other local specialty flooring providers, you are getting less by going anywhere else. Based on my experience now, if and when I need flooring, no one else will be called or even entertained.”

“Beseda completed an install of flooring for my lower level as part of a major renovation that involved a carpenter that was plagued by delays. Beseda was kind enough to work with those delays and rescheduled with zero complaints. When they finally were able to install, they made the wait worth it and were the best part of the entire experience. The sales staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and personable, the install went perfectly including the quality of install, their timeliness and their clean up and the product they sold turned out perfect. The quaint building they are in hides an incredible amount of product that dwarfs the selection of other flooring providers we visited in the area (including the big box stores) and their knowledge of that product is second to none. Add to that the fair prices, and this is a no brainer for us when it comes to future flooring in our home and anyone else that asks about our experiences.”
